With our award-winning climate education programme (formerly known as Zero Carbon Schools), we transform how schools respond to the climate crisis. By partnering with us we can work together to enable impact with more schools, children and young people.
Through the UK’s most comprehensive climate education programme, young people learn about climate change, analyse their school’s carbon emissions and are empowered to design and lead decarbonisation projects which make a positive difference to their schools and communities.
Along the way they develop the knowledge and skills that will allow them and their schools to lead the change this planet needs. Your support can make that happen.

Below, you’ll find an outline of our most popular partnership levels. We’re also keen to build bespoke partnerships that deliver maximum impact for young people and achieve the social value your business is looking for. Get in touch to start a conversation today.
general sponsorship
£1,056 per school
From just over £1,000 we offer businesses the opportunity to fund places on our main programme in areas that we already operate in and have existing schools that would like to access the programme.
For each school sponsored, you will help bring high-quality climate education to 40 young people.
Acorn premium
£2,851
This level of sponsorship funds a premium place for one school for one year. This brings high-quality climate education to 40 young people and essential teacher training to 20 staff members.
The premium programme enables us to deliver key aspects of our climate education programme in person, including a pupil assembly and workshop and two teacher training sessions.
As a Premium Acorn partner, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the school you support to see the direct impact of your contribution. We’ll acknowledge your support on our social media and provide a report on the impact your partnership has enabled.
SAPLING premium
£5,702
This funds a premium place for two schools for one year, reaching 80 young people with high-quality climate education and training 40 staff. Your dedicated account manager will work with you to communicate our partnership through Green Schools Project channels, including social media and newsletters.
You’ll also be listed in our supplier directory, shared with all participating schools. We can even co-deliver a session with you – perhaps on ‘Green Jobs’ or a workshop relevant to your sector. We’ll provide comprehensive reporting on the impact you’re enabling in the schools.
OAK premium
£11,404
This partnership funds a premium place for four schools for one year, delivering high-quality climate education to 160 young people and training 80 staff. In addition to all the benefits of the Sapling level, you’ll have a senior point of contact at Green Schools Project to shape and support the delivery of your partnership.
We’ll co-deliver a bespoke session with your team. We’ll also collaborate on additional communications and promotion of our partnership, including planning and creating content to meet your objectives. You’ll receive bespoke impact reporting, including case studies and photography, aligned with your social value goals.
strategic ‘woodland’ partners
£25,000+
